"Communication was not great. Supplies delivered but roof didn't go up for a while because of rain and I do not know what else. Took another 2 weeks to get the gutters and another 2 weeks for inspection and final payment. But I am guessing the roof is good. We found a lot of nails in driveway and backyard, and we have a dog. Gutters were installed in the dark and in the rain. I liked the salesman, he was honest and the roofers fixed a problem we didn't even know we had and I really appreciated that."

They arrived promptly and were very professional in their work. Sanders, the foreman, explained to us what work was being done and updated us as the work progressed putting in the drain tile, installing the weep hole cove protection and re-cementing the basement floor.  He was very professional in answering our questions about the work being performed. They were very cautious in covering up our things with plastic to protect against the "dust" when the concrete was removed to expose the floor for the drain tile and cleaned up very well when the work was completed - both in the basement and in the driveway.
