"Mike Craw came with someone he was training.  They arrived on time, took up the toilet, replaced the wax seal, and then raised and leveled the toilet.  Our pipes are old so he explained that eventually the pipes would probably have to be replace because of corrosion but that it could wait.  He then cleaned out the main drain from the toilet which greatly improved the flushing capacity.  I would definitely use Craw Plumbing again."

You could tell the installer knew what he was doing and had all of the tools needed to make the install quick and easy. During and after the install the area was maintained neat and clean. The final product looks well done and we are very happy with the results and the fact the install is hidden from view on the back of the house. The follow up radon test is in process and I look forward to seeing the results. <br />"

"On Friday night (of course), we discovered that our water heater had gone out and its warranty had ended this past January. While we knew it wasn't an "emergency" situation, we were hoping to be able to find someone to come out and replace over the weekend. It was what we were hoping for, but we really weren't sure we'd find it. <br /> As far as the actual water heater goes, seemed to be a smooth install. Paul was friendly and courteous.
