"Ralph and Peter are amazing. We bought an old house and found innumerable plumbing problems that the inspector missed. Ralph made sure to go through everything and make it seen manageable. Mark Scala promptly came to our house this Saturday morning and had cleared the clog at the main trap. I selected Scala Sewer & Drain because of the reviews here on "Home Advisor" and I was impressed as everyone else. Having just come in from a long flight the night before, Mark was very courteous , professional and indicated he'd be right over within the hour. Came out the next day to attempt to snake two clogged tubs on second floor of a side-by-side two family home, connected to one sewer line.. Clog was more severe than expected. Came back next day with partner to find pipe where they join but it was behind kitchen cabinet of both homes. Decided to bypass existing line and run new lines from each tub, join them and then drop a sngle pipe to the basement and reconnect to near the main drain. George and his team were professional and communicated in a timely manner. Cleaned up and covered opening with plastic and suggested not to close wall for a week and inspect for any leaks. No leaks so far. Closing walls this weekend. Offered us a great price and an unbeatable 12 month payment plan. Thank you George and team."
