"After 3 decades of every few years replacing various pieces of rotted wood trim on our house with PVC I decided to take the leap and replace all the wood trim that had the potential to rot all at once. LCT Construction had just done an excellent job replacing my roof and I picked them for the trim work. The salesman James who I worked with was more knowledgeable than all the others I've dealt with, was direct when discussing various options and details, and was committed to doing quality work. It's hard to judge these days, but I think their price was very reasonable. At the beginning of the work James came by and we reviewed exactly what was to be done to make sure there were no misunderstandings. The day before work started they dropped off the material they needed for the job along with a dumpster (with wood under the skids to protect the driveway) for the discarded wood. The workers were here every week day with the exception of 1 rainy day even on days in late November when it was very cold until the job was complete. Each day they started around 8:00 am and didn't leave until it got dark, and they cleaned up before they left. All my interaction with everyone on the crew was friendly and relaxed and we were happy to have them around. On the last day they cleaned everything up and removed the dumpster that evening. Every aspect of their work was excellent. I'm no expert, but I've had a lot of trim repaired over the years and this is the best I've seen. I couldn't ask for better workmanship. During the work they discovered some rot that needed to be repaired. They did it for a reasonable charge, and there was never any attempt to up sell or expand the scope of work. The only negative was that they told me the day before the agreed starting date that they needed to slip by 2 weeks. I wish that hadn't occurred but compared to everything else it's not significant. If I ever need trim or roofing work again I'll definitely contact LTC. They were completely professional and easy to work with, did exactly what they said they'd do with no hassle, and I couldn't ask for a better result. I recommend them without reservation for any roof or trim work."

"We just had our roof replaced by Global Roofing. It was amazing to work with Andrea and Freddy. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience! We got several quotes for our roofing job, changed our mind about the material along the way (went from metal to asphalt), and Andrea and Freddy were great throughout the process. "I had water leaking into my living room Saturday night. I called Howard Sunday. He came by my house on Monday to access the situation. Him and his crew came to my house on Tuesday at 7:05 AM and didn't stop working until 4:30 PM. Wednesday it was rainy and windy. NO WATER LEAKING in my living room. Howard and his crew did a great job. They were very professional. They didn't leave a mess for me to clean up as was the case with my last roofing contractor. Before washing the roof, Nathan took photos of it and alerted me to potential issues I might see in a few years--he's not selling roofing replacement so this was strictly a friendly heads up. I hired A1 because they perform low power roof washing, which avoids any potential damage to the tiles. I would recommend A1 without any hesitation."

Brad shored it up for the winter with an array of jacks and an enormous chain to ensure the thing wouldn’t fall down till they could return in the spring. Come spring, they fully replaced the damaged section’s support members and facade, and added bracing to the attic, rendering it stronger than before. Foundation support: The sagging beams and jerry-rigged support columns in the dirt basement of our 18th century house were inadequate. They dug and poured a dozen footings and lally columns, supporting a line of new 6x6 and 9x9 beams that provide solid support to the house above. They showed up promptly every day, worked fast, and left the site clean and finished. Both Brad and Chad have a deep knowledge about old houses and the techniques that were used, and I felt my historic register property was in good hands."

"I did a lot of research before choosing Mike Franco.  He quoted me a great price and came in with superior knowledge and honesty.  He was also recommended to me by a friend.  Mike basically followed through on everything he said he would do.  First of all, the job was scheduled quickly and was finished in one day.  He really focuses on customer service.  He recommended covering some flashing near my dormered windows that makes the house look so much better.  His crew came in and worked hard, efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done.  It was so quick and painless. They even replaced some wood for me at no additional cost.  I will be giving his name out every chance I get.  I was extremely impressed.
