"So the beginning of June our downstairs AC went on the blink...having posted a "does anyone know anyone who can fix my AC" on FB and got nowhere i joined Angies List. I chose MONCRIEF because they had an A* rating plus they had the best reviews, so i gave my hubby their phone #..He called them Friday afternoon and was told that someone would call us about 2.00pm on the Saturday afternoon and give us a time as to when the engineer would be out...Promptly at 2.00pm a very friendly lady called me and told me that Chris would be here in the next 45 mins or so...40 mins later Chris knocks on the door...my hubby goes to talk wth him, and 15 mins later the AC is fixed and i now hve cool air in the downstairs of my house...Now dont ask me what the problem was...cause i wouldn't have a hope in h*** of explaining that to you...but what i do know is whatever it was was fixed... <br /> Thank You Chris C for fixing the problem and Thank you Moncrief for doing EVERYTHING that you told us you would do...And without a shadow of a doubt we will def use you again and recommend you to all our friends and famiy who might also have AC probs... <br /> Many Thanks...A Very Happy Lady who now as a very cool Kitchen, Family Room, Office and Dining Room :) <br />"

"We had an issue with sewer line back up into our finished basement. I called this company and they came out to inspect the situation and give us a quote. I was very busy at work that day and couldn't be there to meet them at the property. They said, "no problem, we'll take a look and get back to you."  They called about two hours later and explained everything to me. They sent a video so I could see what was going on and the hydro-jetted the line to clear the issue. Then we had a similar problem just this month. I called them and they encouraged me to work with Dekalb county to get the line under the sidewalk and road cleared. The video they provided helped and Dekalb came out and did the work. Not many companies will tell you that they "don't want to sound like they're turning down business, but ethically there are other issues going on here."  The bottom line is they could have shown up and provided the same service again but they knew there were other issues going on and talked me through how to talk to the county. In addition, these guys always respond in a timely manner. if you call at 9 am on Saturday, they call you back. You send an email on a weekend  at 5 pm, you get an email back or a phone call. They might be a bit more expensive than other providers but they're honest and ethical."

"Robert was on time, very professional, provided clear communication and was very service-oriented. He was hindered from camera location finding equipment that didn&apos;t seem to work and a 100-ft camera cord that didn&apos;t extend to the street, so we never confirmed if there was a problem or not. As such, the only way they would guarantee the work performed today, was if I purchased one of their tiered repair packages for $3,000 - $10,000 additional and definite excavation work to add a new blowout pipe. While no blockage or obstacle was found, Robert was able to release the pressure and we have full drainage as of now. Really appreciate the immediacy of solving the immediate problem right away! Unfortunately, I&apos;m a bit concerned the core issue wasn&apos;t identified or resolved, so the likelihood of a recurrence seems higher than desired, but I remain hopeful. Robert very politely concurred and clearly explained he wasn&apos;t able to do anything additional without further purchase. Fingers crossed and here&apos;s to having good luck!"

He didn't charge me even though he spent a good 2 hours at my house working the problem. Now that is great customer service!!!"
