We understood delays for weather and family emergencies, but at one point GCL tried to blame us for a delay, which wasn’t true. We also had to beg them to come back and fill in a large crack between the end of the paver walkway and the asphalt sidewalk, which they finally agreed to do. So, we weren’t thrilled with their customer service attitude."
