"We had a leak in the main water line which had to be repaired quickly as it was cold and we were concerned about the main line breaking. I reached out to ASAP Plumbing & Home Improvement and Samba responded immediately. Since he was in the area, he stopped by for an evaluation. Samba is very courteous and friendly and replaced the pipe and the valves at a very reasonable price. Including a trip to the hardware store, Samba completed the job in 40 minutes, tops. "The plumber who was sent out was on-time and efficient in diagnosing and repairing two minor issues. Cost was reasonable for the work done. However, the main office seemed to disregard what I had described to them over the phone and the photos I sent -- the plumber was expecting a leaking sink, when the issue was a leaking toilet valve and a sink missing a tail piece. The main office does get bonus points for contacting my management company (condo!) to coordinate a shutdown of water to my apartment line to facilitate the repairs, even though this proved unnecessary. Overall would recommend and would use again without hesitation."
