From the very beginning, Yann was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to all the details. He worked with me to ensure the design and materials were exactly what I wanted, and his communication was on point throughout the entire process. The work was completed on time and within budget, which is always challenging in construction projects. His employees were incredibly respectful, kind, clean and left the job site spotless at the end of every shift making it look like they weren't even there. "All Under One Roof did an amazing job with my roof replacement. My roof was leaking for the last couple months so I decided before winter to replace. When they were replacing it I was informed and shown pictures of how bad the damage was. The roof has extensive rot in many areas. All Under went above and beyond and cut out all the old rot and replaced. They went into great detail to show me the rot and how it was leaking for years, but not into the interior of the house. I am so happy at how it came out and will recommend All Under One Roof to all my friends."

"It went incredibly well. I woke up one morning to a leak in my roof. I knew the roof was going to need to be replaced at some point, but I was hoping I'd get another year out of it. The roof was in bad shape when I bought the house. I immediately started calling all of the roofing companies I could find on Google. It was early so I was leaving voicemails. Kasey from James and Whitney was the first and only one to get back to me in a timely manner. He was incredibly helpful on the phone, walking me through how to put a tarp over the impacted area. He even swung by later THAT DAY to check and make sure it was installed properly and to assess the roof. I knew it needed to be replaced so we went right into talking about estimates. The estimate was within my budget but the new roof came with a FIFTY-YEAR WARRANTY for parts and labor. You just can't beat that kind of warranty on an asphalt roof. We were scheduled within a week and I had a brand new, perfectly installed roof within a month. Kasey and his team were super respectful during the installation. When the installation had finished, Kasey inspected every inch of my property to pick up any tiny bits of trash and leave our lawn spotless. "There are a lot of great things to say about Bill. First of all, he can do ANYTHING. Bill replaced siding, installed new plywood and Tyvec, painted my house and deck, built a new front porch, repaired and built new features on my back deck, eliminated rot, installed new gutters, re-insulated my basement, and even fixed a closet door in my house. He is a perfectionist and will treat your house like it is his own. Our house was in really rough shape before Bill came and now it looks stunning. We get compliments on it all the time. If you want someone that will do the job right, won't cut corners, and is a very nice person to work with - Bill is your guy."
