The young men who came to work on the shower were Ivan and Gabe. Cash was here too. They did an amazing job!! Our shower was a challenge because the home was built in 1952. They handled everything efficiently and smoothly. They worked very hard and worked very well together and we are proud of them. They stuck with it and had the job finished in a day as promised. We were certain it would take two days. Overall we are so excited to have our new shower. The safety of it is already relieving our anxieties of showering. "Horrible customer service and timing with this whole project of installing our water softener. Tech were always late by like 1-3 hours. We are on our 2nd Friday in a row and the work is still not done. The first Friday they showed up unannounced and the lady Dominique argued with me over the phone about her scheduling them. She was unprofessional and rude. The excuses they have for being late were Covid, warehouse was locked or a tech was not on time. Mind you we have to stay home all day and get nothing done because they need access to the house inside. The manager will not call me back. We have paid in advance and it?s been a mess. Work is still not done. Dominique still argues with us about excuses on why things are delayed. I could recommend this company to anyone. The techs that are here even said the office in San Antonio always get them in a bind with the homeowners and they have to take the raft of it all. Fix your customer service and stop calling customers the morning of to tell us there is a 3 hour delay and your techs show up 4 hours late and the work carries into another week."

"I called Ray Ray's plumbing for a rough-in on my new addition and if you stop reading now please don't make the same mistake I made, just find someone else. Out of the four fixtures they roughed in, three had a slope in the wrong direction, two of them leaked water from being further than 5 degrees off set, and all of them are more than 12" from the design. The owner, Leslie Ray Fewell is a joke of a man with not a single gram of dignity in his body. He will not take responsibility for any actions done under his name, his company or anyone employed by him. Once you pay him he will deny service, tell you he did not receive payment and revoke anything he can. His employees are uneducated, unprofessional and should have anything they have ever touched looked at by a third party and investigated by the Texas State board of plumbing examiners. He will take you for a run and after four+ months, you will only be looking for a new plumber to fix everything they have touched."
