Marc was very informative and explained everything he would need to do with rerouting the water line, installing all items and the length of time it would take. I spent weeks researching tankless heaters, etc and calling Marc with questions. He was very patient and answered all my questions. The job was handled with care and Marc and his assistants took their time making sure the job was done correctly. Samantha, in the finance office, was very sweet and handled all the necessary work expertly. I am happy with all the work done. I sent him picture of work to be done and he gave quote. He showed up at the time he designated to do the work the next day, early morning. I was glad to see him because I had to keep my water shut off until repairs were done. He was attentive, professional, and explained the work that he was going to do. He replaced hot and cold washer Bibs shut offs and removed saddle needle shutoff of ice maker to waterline. He also checked before he left to make sure there were no leaks from work done. I did not expect it but, he also went out of his way and took time to cut down a tree branch that was blocking the driveway which I truly appreciated. He is personal, friendly, and engaging. Matt was full of information as to why and how the thing works and was the only plumber that told us that with the new water heater we would need to be within code. That meant getting an expansion tank, which no other plumber had told us about. When I asked other plumbers about the updated code, all they would say is "you probably don't need one" and would not bother checking. All this and Quest was still cheaper than anyone else."
