"I was looking for a new Plumbing Service Company to establish a home service / repair relationship. After much research and finding excellent reviews I called Wills Plumbing & Testing Service. My experience was excellent ; from the initial phone call to initiate a service call , to the constant communication from Wills Plumbing office staff on the service calls progress , concluding with outstanding plumbing troubleshooting and repair from technician Gage Scott. My homes' inside water pipes were HUMMING like a church organ which is a very loud and disturbing sound. I was worried the pipes were going to vibrate and break, Gage Scott, Will's Plumber Technician, listened intently and was focused on my concerns. Gage asked questions about the past weeks humming sounds history and about the installation dates on certain items in the incoming water supply loop. Gage determined the Pressure Relief Valve {out by my SAWS meter} and the Expansion Tank on my Hot Water Heater weren't acting in unison as they should. Gage replaced both items, PRV and Expansion Tank . He set up each item at 60 psi. verifying each with pressure gauges. After the repairs were completed and the water supply back on, Gage checked the inside of all the house water faucets and tub performance. Gage was very thorough and focused during the troubleshooting and repair stages of my service call. He listened and answered my questions with patience and knowledge. He made the extra effort to obtain and install my particular choice of Pressure Regular Valve. I highly recommend Wills Plumbing and Gage Scott !!!"

"I used Air Systems to replace a 20 year old heat pump. From the start of diagnosing the old unit, to getting a quote (no pressure tactics), to the actual replacement, everything went smoothly. Carlos and the team were fantastic. Carlos spent 10+ minutes with me on the phone at the beginning of my replacement inquiry just answering question after question and did not pressure me at all. The quote was a good price but more importantly, the team did a fantastic job on the installation. The day of the installation, they removed the old unit, installed the new unit, cleaned up and stayed for an hour to make sure the unit was functioning properly. They even assisted with installing additional plywood in my attic. The entire job was done in about 5-6 hours. The team even submits the CPS AC replacement rebate for you. This team will be my go-to for any HVAC related problems in the future and at some point, I will need to replace my other heat pump. They will be the only place I contact to do that."

"Dan and Austin did a great job replacing our dead water heater. We were really impressed with these gentlemen. George Plumbing Company gave a reasonable estimate, but it took significantly longer (6 hours versus 2 hours) than anticipated because the previous water heater installation had been botched. Dan is obviously very observant and detail-oriented. He may be a perfectionist. My wife thinks that they left the laundry room cleaner than when they began the job. They were punctual, polite, pleasant and worked quietly. We can't say enough good things about George Plumbing, a GREAT company!"

"Carlos Mora responded the same night I requested quote. Plumbers in my immediate and local area could not provide plumbing services as soon and quickly as Carlos Mora. I sent him picture of work to be done and he gave quote. He showed up at the time he designated to do the work the next day, early morning. I was glad to see him because I had to keep my water shut off until repairs were done. He was attentive, professional, and explained the work that he was going to do. He replaced hot and cold washer Bibs shut offs and removed saddle needle shutoff of ice maker to waterline. He also checked before he left to make sure there were no leaks from work done. Total cost $200. I believe this was a fair price. I did not expect it but, he also went out of his way and took time to cut down a tree branch that was blocking the driveway which I truly appreciated. He is personal, friendly, and engaging. I recommend him for service plumbing. I am sure that I will have him do more plumbing work when needed. I am so impressed with Carlos Mora, I plan to give his business card to the Pro desk at Home Depot so that he can assist others like me who needed plumbing services. "They cleaned our dryer vent and removed a blockage that was causing a dryer part to fail twice after replacing. Very quick and tech Corey Y. was very professional and knowledgeable and told us not to use dryer sheets to prevent the chemical buildu and lint sticking to our pvc pipes. Called back same day after having an appointment for an estimate to see if they would be able to clean the same day instead of making a new appointment. The girl said yes and then gave a $200 quick quote before hanging up and apparently canceling the estimate and the tech told me once they quote you he can't change it. So I was hoping the price was going to be cheaper and told how much prior to asking for credit card since it didn't take long and wasn't complicated...no it was $200 for a service others charge $89.99 but couldn't get out here until next week and we had laundry piling up. So a price I paid to get it done but didn't like the price. Don't accept a price over the phone! Otherwise it was a good experience and would highly recommend them for other services. The customer service rating isn't for the tech but the girl who answered the phone. Tech Customer Service is 5 Stars."
