"We just bought our condo and my wife and I wanted to do upgrades before we moved in. Even before getting the keys, the project manager Paul accepted to meet with us to get a sense of the types of designs we wanted and also get a ballpark price of the remodel. My wife and I felt very comfortable with Paul, he mentioned that he will help with the permitting and inspections and help choose all the finishes like tiles and counters ..etc. The price was great, the work was awesome, the crew showed up every day and did an excellent job. Lucio, the forman was asking us how we would like things, like height of shower head, the layout of the tiles and that actually made me very happy. Customer service was amazing, they picked all the materials we purchased online and all the inspections were passed. We had to move to relocate during the remodel and they used zoom to update us about the progress. We are enjoying our kitchen and two bathrooms. We recommended Refresh and Build to our parents and friends and they're very happy too."
