"WOW! Just WOW! I was told at 0700 that my dryer was not functioning, I found JD Appliance Repair with a quick search and noticed they were relatively close to me. Called at 0800 when they opened, was given a window of 10 - 1 pm. 10:05 I get a text he is on the way... Showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue wtihin 10 minutes and I had a working drying shortly thereafter. VERY PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, AND A GENERAL DELIGHT TO WORK WITH. I cannot recommend JD Aplliance repair high enough. We are very very pleased."

"My wife owns a rental property in Mill Valley. The tenant reported an issue with the dryer -- or possibly the venting that directs the hot air and lint beneath the house and then out into the atmosphere. One service provider said it was the dryer (and couldn't fix it). Another provider said it had to be the vent (and didn't fix it). Something that seemed simple turned out to be very difficult; our tenant was without a dryer for months! Finally, I started searching on HomeAdvisor and found Eugene Butler.
