"Beware! not so honest. I had a air conditioner that would not start earlier this year and while he was here, I asked about having some general maintenance completed at the same time. I was told it could not be done at that time but the tech suggested that I purchase a maint. package that they would come out twice a year to do general maintenance on the units. He stated that they could do in a week or so, it turned out to be over 1-1/2 months for the 1st maintenance but I should clarify that it really isn't much maintenance but a opportunity to pay them to do a quote for additional work. In addition to this, one of our units was not operational arrived, before he would even move a finger I was required to sign a document for work in the amount of around $340 which ended up taking the technician 15 minutes to replace a blown fuse and loose wire, they charged $116.99 for the fuse (cost $0.1469). Not so honest, much different story from when I initially used them several years ago. "

He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. "Alex Blaker and his team were referred to me by ADU small home sales person in Austin Tx. My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. Alex was cordial, easy to work with and genuinely cares about the work and level of craftsmanship that goes into the project. You will meet Dario and others on his team who are incredibly polite, clean, and efficient. Project was completed in a little over a week. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600. (Plug relocation, and dryer vent routing) Payment was made in 3 payments over the life of the project. I like this as it lets you see the project be started first. Alex kept me in the loop every day and came over in person to inspect, and recommend updates to the job. Happy to work with Alex and his team and look forward to working with them on future projects!"

"BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! I was duped by this company! Told me the installation of my single front iron door would be $255/hr for 1 hr possible 2 hours for 2 people. This install was 7 hours for each person or 14 hours which cost me over $1300 to install 1 door. The door was already prehung. The 2 men were walking around wasting time, pretending to look for parts such as door handles which were right in front of them in the box. This is deceptive, false advertising, and will be reported to the BBB. They didn’t even get my confirmation/approval for additional hours or work! I will NEVER use their services again. Duped!"
