"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Eddie visited our house the very day we called about our water heater. He came out, inspected the very tough location where the water heater is located and delivered an estimate with 3 options on the spot. We decided which direction to go and let Eddie know at which time he promptly scheduled our installation. On the day of install he arrived when he said he would, put down every type of floor protection you can imagine and proceeded the very difficult task of manipulating a 50 gallon water heater out of a small closet 10 feet up in the air. He worked with his partner to remove the old one, replumbed and installed the new one, again in a very tight space. Eddie ran all new venting to the outside, added electronic monitoring, and crawled under the house several times to make certain the drains were all functioning properly. We could not ask for better service and the attention to detail was amazing. This is our second experience with Excalibur Plumbing and they have both been wonderful experiences. Great customer service!!!!"

"Garrett’s Plumbing was a life saver. I have a copper waterline on the ice maker of my old refrigerator. No delivery company wanted to install the new refrigerator because of the copper waterline. Garrett’s plumbing came, assessed and fixed the problem. Now I’m just waiting for delivery of the new refrigerator. Thank you Garrett’s Plumbing."

"The plumber sent seemed to lack sufficient experience for our repair."

"Just had a/c system replaced a couple of days before and the employees from that company were more concerned with leaving their work area clean. Price seemed rather high."

"Two young men arrived, identified themselves well, brought the parts needed as requested and got right to work. They were efficient and professional and answered all our questions clearly while progressing with the work. They shut down the house water and worked efficiently to complete the job. They removed the old spout and valve, inspected and repaired the old plumbing located behind the old fixtures, and installed chromed plated fixtures that met our expectations splendidly. We were given the cost for the parts and for the time it took to install and we paid with a check on the spot for the service rendered. Everything was well organized and executed. We would suggest them to anyone."

"We have a water system on our place for cleaning and treating our water since we have wells. We have a water clarification system which we bought from them and they come out every year and do maintenance on it. It is more than just a softener, it's a clarification system as well, it crops out solids and everything. They've got a service tech that's really knowledgeable and knows his business. Their maintenance costs and service calls are not inexpensive but they are no different from anybody else. When they came to install the new part, it took about 20 or 30 minutes."

"1. Run wiring, add light switch and install a light fixture in a coat closet in entry way. 2. Replace two patio light fixtures with a couple new ones, and new styles. *This review was migrated from an affiliated account on Angi with an original submission date of 2/10/2017."
