I had to constantly monitor the workers because they would move things in the yard, blocking my gate from opening. They would sometimes show up within days of each service. They damaged my neighbors wild flowers and made excuses when I asked them to refund or replace them! The workers are not knowledgeable about plants or lawns; they just show up and cut no latter of the lawn needs it or not. The last time they came, I had no growth on my lawn and they came to try and cut anyway. Even after texting the company, she still tried to charge me for the cut when it wasn’t needed and I had also reported it right when they got to my property. Very unprofessional company. Too much effort to monitor their work. Would not recommend."
