"From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"

"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn&#39;t covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told &#39;m sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back &amp; clean up all the mess that was left &amp; fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice &amp; respectful &amp; addressed &amp; fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess &amp; broke a item of mine I&#39;ve had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."
