There was an approximate cost to make the necessary repairs and if we wished to proceed another appointment would be scheduled. We agree to proceed and another appointment was scheduled, once the necessary parts availability was confirmed. Again the repairman arrived within the specified timeframe and completed the removal and replacement of the water valve system. The repairman checked his work and verified the dishwasher was functioning as it should. The repairs was completed in a workman like manner, the area was cleaned and the warranty was issued in writing. The cost was what had been estimated. I would highly recommend this firm for their professionalism, knowledge, punctuality and honesty.
