"Nick Lâ s brother came over the same day that I called them to replace blown off shingles"

"I found this contractor through Angi.com and couldn't be more pleased with the service and outcome. They got our entire roof done in one day! I was blown away with the quality of the work and the customer service. They cleaned up after themselves very well. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replaced."

"Flavio was professional, prompt and did an excellent job repairing my vinyl siding. He was thorough and carefully explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I highly recommend him!"

"If you need any type of repair or remolding Wayne is great. He is very customer orientated and professional. I would highly recommend him to everyone."

"At our first meeting (after interviewing 3 others) Greg laid out the plan for the deck replacement and after 15 minutes I knew he was a competent, detail oriented contractor. During this project he broke down the staggered payments and communicated every day of the project through texts and showing up in person. Greg took charge in overseeing everything like a platoon leader in the field by maintaining the flow of construction resulting in a smooth, exceptional conclusion. Part of the old deck was problematic. He examined every inch where there were issues and was able to overcome some difficulty and see what I couldn't. He suggested a landing on the stairway, widening and decreasing the pitch which accommodated an easier climb for us. Those are just the highlights, there was much more. My thanks to Innovative Construction for a lovely new deck."

"Chris was excellent and very thorough. He answered many questions and was very kind. He also answered questions about future projects. He is excellent at building long term relationships. We have appreciated working with him."

"Jerry was very professional and responsive. He helped us out with a roof repair and replacing some siding and door framing on our house. I was happy with the work. He even did his best to match the exterior paint after we realized that the prior owners had not left any extra behind. We definitely would work with him again."

"This company is upfront & honest with everything they do. Very professional. I was given a very reasonable quote for a complete siding job which included removal & disposal of old wooden siding. The crew was very detail oriented, punctual, professional & worked very well together. Every night they would clean up the whole perimeter around the house leaving nothing behind. Since we have a dog they took great care to not leave any sharp objects or nails in our grass. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a hard working, honest, detail oriented & caring team. They went beyond our expectations & helped transform our house into a very new & sharp looking house. This company will go beyond your expectations for sure with thier quality work. Thank you Community Home Services!"

"They came as a three worker unit which for a single job or a simple repair would be too many people costing more than it should. I had a 24'x6' old porch ceiling with soffit vinyl needing replacement and a crawl area beneath the house with perhaps 3 feet of clearance. The utilities and sewer drain came up from the ground and were protected by a 6'x6' heated enclosure that needed insulation. During the winter the animals would dig into this and pull down the existing fiberglass batting and make their nest beneath the house. Neither job was by itself terribly hard but for one person which is what one expects when looking for a handyman they were pains (especially the crawl space box which required hours kneeling.) "Locke it In" completed both jobs well and met their cost estimate. The ceiling vinyl looks great. The crawl space box is covered in silvered R-13 Sheathing that I hope the wild life cannot use for bedding come the winter."

"We own the Lamb and Lion Inn in Barnstable on Cape Cod. Our inn has high
marks all around from the guests, however our personal space was
another story! Our kitchen overlooks the courtyard, pool & hot tub,
and it's a lot of fun, but a linoleum & Formica meca! YIKES! We
decided this winter it was time to take care of the innkeepers so a new
kitchen was in order. However, there is no such thing as a millionaire
B&B owner, so our budget was a huge issue. Lee and his wife Meoghan
came to the inn and from that moment on it was a pleasure doing
business with Benchmark. They are easy to work with, have great vision
and really understand what a tight budget is. Rather than getting
whacked with huge construction costs we were shown how we could simply
re-face the existing ugliness, change what needed changing and simply
hide what could be hidden. Lee came up with fantastic space saving ideas
and he even saved our 2 kitchen islands, giving them a facelift instead
of replacing them. At the end of it all, Lee and his caring &
careful team left us with a kitchen we LOVE, and for much less money
than we had originally imagined. We have much more storage space, and he
even through in glass door cabinet with a motion night light (a great
calling card--every time the light goes on we think of Lee--was this
done on purpose? Hmmm...)
On a more personal note we truly
appreciated Lee's easy going personality, great sense of humor and
communication skills. When he & his team were caught at another job
that ran a week late he called us right away and kept us posted as to
his timing during the small delay, which ended up to be shorter that
expected.
On Cape Cod we have a huge problem with workers showing
up late, or not at all, and not hearing from them. It's torturous!
Benchmark's professionalism made working with them something we would
gladly do again in the future, if another project comes along. If anyone
needs anymore praise than that to help them make up their minds please
call us at the Lamb and Lion Inn!"
