Difference is like NIGHT and DAY !!! I had removed all old Fluorescent bulb fixtures wiring in prep for the cosmetic upgrade. History of previous services: Two years ago (2017) Sierra Pacific (SP) via COSTCO SERVICES performed an 'excellent' HVAC installation but .... an oops occurred, that resulted in a ceiling step ouch. I met Rodger (BPM), Two years ago (2017), he was subcontracted by (SP) for these issues of drywall fixing I called him back again two years later for more work. 1. "Recessed Kitchen Fluorescent bulb area to a clean KnockDown finish ...." 2. Apply Popcorn to ceiling drywall area to newly framed whole house fan intake (I was having new insulation and fan installed by BROWER MECHANICAL) Great Job as expected. I did not need to think twice. He does not cut corners !!!! Very fastidious !!! When in doubt call RODGER !!! He has been doing this for over 30 years!!"

"I receive quotes from 4 other contractors listed on Angie's list. Their prices ranged from $400 for a simple knock down texture, to $850 for skip trowel texture. Lynn came out the same day to look at what we wanted and provide us with a quote. When Lynn quoted $225 to skip trowel, we shook hands and scheduled the work for 2 days later. Two days later, she arrived in the morning at 10am as scheduled and the work was complete the same afternoon. "Nathan was clear and forthright in his estimates. The crew was polite and congenial. They arrived and went directly to work. The job was actually completed on Christmas Eve as their compressor broke a couple of days before.I appreciated that they would take time on a holiday to come and finish the job. Nathan promises a 10 year guarantee on the workmanship, so when the garage door showed signs of the paint and quot;collapsingand quot; on itself and bubbling or wrinkling, I called him. It took awhile for him to respond to me, but when he did, he acknowledged the problem, and explained they had used a different product than the one they normally use. He advised he would come by and look at the job, then fix it. When several weeks had passed, and he had not showed up, I placed another call to him. He said he was waiting for the company rep to come respond, and as soon as that happened, he would immediately schedule a re-do. That email was received on 4/17/2014. I have not heard from him since. I'm writing this on 5/5/2014. <br /> The bottom line for this review is that the quality of the work is great overall, but there seems to be a lag in response to communication. <br />"
