"I couldn't be happier! I did not know the location of my cesspool, and wanted it serviced while it had last been at least 5 years since it had been pumped. Two gentlemen arrived exactly on time, and went to work to locate the cesspool. This was truly not an easy task-- pipes appeared to go towards the back yard, however in the end were located in the front. The Foreman even entered an old accessory stairway where the pipes exit to look more closely-- had to use a small ladder to go through access way to a large crawl space over old stairs to the basement. There were no outside vents and they used a metal detector to find the tank. When they located a tank, they didn't stop there. After some investigation the foreman was convinced it was an overflow tank, and he set out then to find the main, which was eventually located a distance away under landscaping bushes. He was diligent and determined-- I truly believe some may likely have stopped at the first tank, especially while it had taken so much time and effort to find it. They then installed 2 tubes with caps for future easy access, and pumped and treated the systems. They even washed off the surrounding grass and bushes-- I never would have thought of that. The gentlemen were friendly and professional, and very hard working. The foreman even kindly educated me a bit on the system, and what one should do, what types of tanks I have, etc. In the end, they spent a good three hours at my home, applied the %10 discount from Angie's List, and I believe the final cost of the service was more than fair. "Excellent! Ed is very professional and stands by his work. I have used him for both my houses. Before installing the french drain, he believed I had problem with one of my windows under the deck. He sealed the window up, but, unfortunately, I was still having a bit of a water issue. He came back immediately, and installed the french drain. He gave me a credit toward the price of the French drain for the amount I paid to seal the window. It has been over a year, and, even with all the nor easters we've had...not a drop of water! I was finally able to finish my basement without fear of water damage."

"This Company had come recommended to us and the Initial work seemed good ...but then we had two more instances of heavy rain and the basement had more water coming in....twice. It turned out that the Company had failed to accurately diagnose the source of the water coming in, and therefore had not recommended the correct design/layout of the system the first time. in fact, it was another contractor that finally identified the real source, so we then had to have additional costly work done by Healthy Basement to finally fix it, in addition to having to incur additional costs to have the basement refinished again...twice. During the 2nd time we had water (post the initial work), the Company was not responsive at all in helping to remediate the water damage and the Manager (Bill) was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate in how he talked to my wife (who was of course understandably upset about the water in the basement). That all said, we have not had any further water issues since the 2nd fix....but it was a very unpleasant and expensive experience and because of this, I would not be able to recommend this business to others."

"I contacted Glenn and he responded within 1 hour and the appointment was setup for the following week. He is a true professional, prompt, meticulous, and knowledgable. I have 2 bathrooms where there are cracks in the grout and holes/spaces that needed repair. In the basement, there were some areas where grout was missing from the sides where the floor tile meets the wall and stairs. In there kitchen there was an area on the floor where patching was needed too. Glenn was able to repair and patch these areas and also color match the grout perfectly. I am very pleased with how the work went! I will be definitely be hiring Glenn in the future."

"Dan Bozzo and his crew did an excellent job at every stage. It took a total of two days, they started the job within a week, and arrived promptly as agreed. The demolition and drywall crew worked so cleanly on the room. They tarped off anything that needed it, even outside the two bedrooms. They cleaned as they went, and worked with the doors closed, so the rest of the house wasn’t covered in dust and debris. They also did an amazing job with the taping and spackling. Again, clean and quick. The ceilings all came out beautiful and we would definitely use them again, and recommend them to friends."
