"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

No voice mail etc, His prices beat everyone else's without me even negotiating with him. He was very professional and there was no high pressure sales tactics. "Angel was early, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. As he worked on our yard drains, we discussed a recent overflow of our sewer line. He intially suggested the possibility of our installing a water pump to prevent that problem from happening again, but after taking a look at our sewer line he said the cost of something like that would be around 2K and we could probably avoid a major sewer overflow with regular annual maintenance of the sewer line. He also suggested that if we were ever concerned we could call to have the line snaked before or even during a big rainstorm (like Hurricane Sandy.) Now that we know he has his own company our co-op plans to contact him for future repairs!
