"I couldn t have asked for more when hiring Claudio to stain my deck That had new and old pressurize wood from an extension I did a few years ago. I reached out to multiple contractors For estimates and when talking to Claudio I just knew by his professionalism his knowledge on paint and especially staining was superior to the rest, He would pick up my call every time I tried reaching out to him texted back immediately. The job was a two session job so on one day he sent out one of his workers what you have to say came right on time 8 AM in the morning to power-wash the deck, He was there for about four hours and you could tell by his meticulous work that he wasn t rushing the job even though it was just power-washing, The next challenge was waiting a few days for it to dry and as you know this rain wasn t helping but we got a couple of sunny days and Claudio booked for a Saturday to start staining. He arrived at my house promptly at 8 AM to start the project on my 10x24 second story deck. Everything that I researched about staining is exactly what I notice he was doing he made sure to mix or stains into one bucket to confirm a unified color, Also he use a spray gun with a back brush technique which is the best way to get it even color throughout your deck and make sure all the pores in crevices are covered. The project wrapped up around 2 PM. My wife and I were extremely happy with the outcome I m glad we picked Claudio for the job. What I didn t mention was he did not ask for any money upfront he specifically said you can pay me when the job is done and you are satisfied with your deck. We was able to pay via credit card which always makes life a little easier. We would definitely be hiring Claudio again from multiple projects at our home. Always good to meet solid people that work hard and that our professional and that I m not trying to rip you off ."

"We had the aging cement board siding on our house painted with dark grey. We had a very large area to paint. Single thick coat looks real good. Workers first washed house down. After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ. Very high quality solution done in a short time period - worked within the confines of my very old home and did the work with lots of care not to disturb existing structure. "ASA Construction has done several projects for me. Each time they have gone above and beyond to deliver in their promise. Since I did not know them at first I chose to start small. The first Project they did was remove the bulkhead and build a dog house. After seeing their work I decided to have them do the rest of the projects. They replaced windows, replaced old trim, installed new siding in the front part of the house, built a small azek porch and redid the Deck around the house. Andre, the owner, is knowledgeable, very easy to deal with and the trait I liked most is that he is punctual. "I contacted 14 contractors over the course of 2 and 1/2 years to replace and paint exterior trim that was causing leaking into our unit and the unit below. No one else would take the job due to the degree of difficulty. They had to do the work on the back of the building using 60 foot ladder and 50 foot on the front of the building in frigid weather during late December and early January. It was not cheap, but reasonable due to the conditions to take on the job. They not only replaced and painted all trim where necessary, but prepped and painted all the trim on the back of the building and some extra on the front at no extra charge. Very pleased."
