"Mike was quick to respond, messaging then picking up the phone (the old fashioned way). He also was the closest to me, location wise. He asked for a few photos of the water heater needing replacing. I had no luck searching an electric heater in the same size. We discussed the pros & cons of downsizing, but he was able to special order what I had wanted, with delivery the next day! He was able to adjust his schedule to install the heater shortly afterwards! After an initial glitch of my breaker switch tripping & water not heating up, I am very pleased with the outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again, if the need arises & would definitely recommend him to others!"

I was very thankful that he was able to replace it so quickly so that we didn’t have any mess or damage. Other people that I contacted either didn’t respond or wouldn’t come out until Monday morning. Jordan was responsive quickly, and he did an excellent job. He was professional yet friendly. We are extremely appreciative of his excellent work on a Friday evening that saved our basement from flooding!! Thank you 😊 We highly recommend Jordan!!"

"Our heater stopped functioning on Nov 27, 2023 and we called Petro who had done the maintenance on it before and replaced a motor two years ago. They were responsive and a technician came two days later. He worked for 3 hours without explaining what the problem was. Then said he needed to replace the motor. He fixed the problem and left without much explanation. Two days later a bill of $2500 came via email. No explanation, no break-down. I called 4 times over the last 20 days, spoke to 4 different reps and was promised that a supervisor will contact me with the bill details. Nothing happened. Irresponsible customer service and unprofessional behavior. They show all the symptoms of big, bureaucratic, and indifferent service company. I would not recommend Petro if you have options of more personalized services."
