I asked if they had any availability to fix the grill within a two day time window, and they were very accommodating. They gave me a price quote and showed up the same day. Chris asked me a few questions about the grill, and then told me it would take 20 mins. He completed the repair, showed me that the each burner was heating fully and the grill was heating to 540 degrees, he explained what was causing the problem and what he did to fix it.
