"This is the second time we have used My Handyman of Ann Arbor for home projects and couldn't be happier with the results. Kirk installed 3 new lights in our kitchen, he was professional and finished in just a few hours. Great job and we will be hiring My Handyman of Ann Arbor again for sure!"

"Went very smoothly! I did a lot of research and compared prices of several transportation companies. I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. Overall, I wanted an insured company that could safely transport my vehicle in a timely manner and they did exactly that. My car was scratch-free and looked flawless. I'm very pleased with this service and would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others!"

"1st day Don came by himself and painted 2 rooms completely.  2nd day he brought his helper Mr. Don and completed the job.  I was very happy with the work they have done.  They were very fun to work with and I would hire them again.  They had shown professionalism and the punctuality both days.   <br />"

"It took only five minutes for them to reattach the strip of counter top trim.  It sure pays to know what you're doing! <br /> The painting took a little over two days, and they did an excellent, professional job.  They are very nice people, and always called ahead to let me know when they'd be here.  From the time of the estimate to completion of the job was less than three weeks.  As I'm trying to sell my house, this was important to me.  It is amazing how a good paint job like this, on the window trim especially, makes the windows "pop" from the street.  It really helps the curb appeal. I highly recommend Jeff and his company (BTW, your listing has his name shown incorrectly as "Jesse") for pretty much anything they do.  Although I didn't have them do any remodeling or waterproofing, which they also do, I wouldn't hesitate to use them for that if I needed it.  I saved enough money on this project that I'm having them come back to redo two bathroom floors and fix a very poor homeowner-done cement ramp into the garage  which has cracked into many pieces from driving my car over it for the past four years (The cement driveway settled about 2" sometime in the past, and a previous homeowner did the job himself and used the wrong cement.). <br /> Provider: A.B.D.F. "Travis arrived about 11 on a Sunday. Very impressed that he called me and said he could do the job on a Sunday (two days after I originally called to schedule the service). He completed the job at 7:30pm. First I want to praise what he did well. He asked if he had questions (until he didn't). He installed 10 door handles (replaced existing) and was meticulous. Did a good job installing knobs on bathroom /kitchen and Utility room cabinets (there were lots). He modified t-molds I had purchased as transition strips (my fault) so they would work (he removed the under mount and used finishing nails to put them in place). Through no fault of his own, this will not work in the long run as they have already started coming up but I appreciate him doing his best to make them work. What I didn't like. Wearing booties over boots and bringing a small vacuum to clean up really goes a long way to make a business look professional. I would suggest HandyPro subscribe to this practice. After Travis had installed the handles on drawers in the main bath, I asked that he mount them in the center (both across and up/down) of the cabinet when he moved on to the master bath. He mounted them all at the top of the drawers. When I noticed this I reminded him there were more drawers in the kitchen and he needed to mount them in the center of the drawers. Note: Kitchen drawers (large) required two handles be center across and in the center (up/down) of the drawer. He mounted all kitchen drawer handles again at the top of all three drawers. When I asked why he did this he said there was wood (thick) on the inside of the drawer so he couldn't mount them any lower. This was true for the top, more shallow drawer, but not the middle and bottom drawers. He knew this wasn't what I had asked but didn't even bother to tell me why he was going to do it the way he did. Then he moved to the other side of the kitchen where two small drawers remained. He put two handles on one small drawer. We didn't know he did this until he asked where we got them and offered to go get two more. I could live with the way he did the rest of the drawers (although I would recommend he use a template to be exact in the future), but two handles on a small drawer looks ridiculous. He said he was tired ... which I appreciate since he had already been there about 7 hours. We said we would get the hardware and install the two remaining handles ourselves but that we had no choice but to have him drill holes. So he did and moved on to finish the transition strips and we notice three holes in the last drawer. We said, what happened?? He said he was tired and he messed up. He's human and I get it but it was like he thought we wouldn't notice extra handles or holes in the drawers. That's what makes me angry. I have decided I can live with everything except two handles on two small drawers. I left a message for Joe this morning in hope that he will make this right for me. Either by sending someone out to fill the holes/sand/and stain the drawers and place the hardware (one handle) in the center of each drawer, or replace the face of each drawer and install one handle in the center. I am confident, based on the good review of this site, he will make it right. I should also note, Travis removed the charge for the drywall repair and took an additional $25 off because of his error. I did appreciate that gesture. I would recommend the company again, but will be sure to ask for staff who have actually done the work I requested."

"Bruce arrived to start the job on time and is quite methodical, with everything going in the right order. He has the tools to do ANYTHING and completely filled our 2 car garage with tools, materials, cabinets, etc. Since everything was replaced, he had to use skills on so many levels, including dry wall, insulation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite work, painting, heating, etc. I think he truly excels at molding/trim work and the cabinet installing. Perfection. An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"

"After having many estimates from multiple companies we chose to have the work on our home completed by Elysium. The crew <br /> expertly navigated ladders up and down our stairwell in order to reach the high ceilings to perform patchwork that needed to be done around our skylights before the painting began. Elysium painted our master bathroom, hallway, stairwell and dining room. The project was done within a couple weeks of sending in a deposit, I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional and thorough job to be done. <br /> <br /> <br />"
