The Kohler faucet has an excellent guarantee on their product for part replacement, so I ordered the part. As soon as it arrived, I called Strongbuilt to schedule for the hose replacement. Alan was unavailable, so this time they sent Josiah. Due to our hard water issue, it was a little tough removing (the hose); however, Josiah was able to remove and replace the hose without any further issues.
