"OMG, WILL NEVER call another contractor for a bid in Window World's area of expertise! Last week, as I was coming home from vacation, in traffic near Chicago, I received a call wanting to schedule an install date. I agreed that the following Monday would be fine. Requested an expected arrival time. was told between 8 & 9 a.m. I HAD to leave at 9:45 a.m. and did so.No-one had arrived to start siding. I put it off to bad weather. Didn't arrive home until mid-afternoon Monday. I found my 3 story home stripped of the old steel & vinyl siding AND nearly completely clad in the new insulation! The man running the crew came to my door asking if there was somewhere safe he could leave their tools etc. I was able to give them half my garage. The crew arrived shortly after 7 am.Tues. Worked until 7 pm. NON-stop! Then on Wednesday LESS THAN 3 days from starting job!!!) This crew had COMPLETED the job & was cleaning up & reloading their truck! The field supervisor was dumbfounded! The head of the crew even taught him a couple of things about siding, to make the job better with NO extra cost to homeowner! THANK YOU ANGIE'S LIST! Not only did you save us thousands of dollars, but I got a top notch crew out of it! Those men on the crew were such hard-workers and so polite! I am thankful, Window World of East Peoria, was able to access and use this crew! Shoot, I'd hire the crew again if they did more than siding!"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"These guys were amazing. The pressure wash made my vinyl siding look brand new. They also made sure that all siding was in good shape and advised me on things I didn't know about. They moved things that were blocking their way and put it all back in place when they finished. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them."

"Agape came prepared to go up on my roof and looked in my attic to locate the areas where water was entering my interior. They communicated my options thoroughly and professionally, and far exceeded other companies that gave estimates in these regards. The price for the repair (and to replace the entire roof) was only several hundred more than some estimates, but I hands down felt more confident in Agape.

The work was completed in several hours, they cleaned up, and were pleasant to chat with.

Update: My roof was leaking in 1-2 spots the next day (but I will say my roof is in bad need of replacing on this side). Agape came out during a horrendous storm and were up on the roof as soon as it cleared to fix it. Problem solved.

Update:  I put a down payment down on the roof replacement last month; the work is not scheduled yet; and after reading some of the negative reviews from this summer, I am getting concerned about completion. I took a loan out for this!

UPDATE: After cashing a deposit in October, Mike still has not scheduled my roof and has missed multiple deadlines to schedule the work (I consistently asked for a window of time) and to provide various documentation on the work he will perform. I have document texts, emails, and phone logs--which show either a lack of professional and appropriate response or illness and being overbooked. After missing a 3rd deadline for a response, I am requesting my deposit back. For these reasons, I am changing my rating of this providers."

"I hired the company to do a make ready [clean up & prep] on a single apartment in a building which I own in the  town where I live. I needed the property to be cleaned up so I could rent it again.  I have been a landlord for over 20 years & hadn't found a vacated property in such a mess in all my years. They did the complete interior clean-up which took about five hours. And, the complete prep of the property. they took out all the trash & junk, and cleaned up all debris left in the yard. They did such a great job with that I decided to use them for the yard maintenance also. They cleaned all my flowerbeds & got them ready for spring, placed mulch & trimmed the shrubs and flowering trees. On the inside they made everything look brand new! Cleaning the walls, painting, cleaned the carpets & stripped & polished the wood floors...making them look brand new. The appliances that stayed were cleaned inside & out. They even remembered to get all the light fixtures clean for me. Dusted all window seals & doorways. Shine mopped all they tile floors. To top it all off they even gave the bathrooms a fresh clean look by putting a new caulk seal around the tubs, sinks & shower...which gave the bathrooms a fresh face. All in all I found it to be a very stress free pleasant experience. And, I will definitely call on them for the next project because if they could do so well with a nightmare like that I'm sure the less difficult will be equally affordable and easily handled. "We start with a couple of roof leaks an desided it would be best to do the complete roof. Tad gave us a good quote and compled the job in the time he quoted even though it was bad weather. I will be using Tad to replace my siding and install a deck with a screened in porch."
