Properly grinding and removing the old coating instead of just going over the top of it, prepping the concrete correctly, and installing a high-quality epoxy system that looks great and feels extremely durable. The finished floor came out clean, smooth, and very professional. It’s tough enough that I can move patio furniture around without worrying about scratching or peeling, which was my biggest concern. You can tell they use commercial grade materials and not the cheap DIY stuff. Their crew showed up on time, communicated well, kept the area clean, and did exactly what they said they would do. The he had to stay over for an hour because he wasn’t finished and I paid him another $75. The work he did was excellent. I asked him while he was here to give me a price to install laminate floors. Of course, it was high, so I am not using him for that. His work was very good, he was prompt."
