"I had a couple leaky outdoor water spigots that would have been an easy fix for me to do, but I couldn’t get the rusty bolt out to remove the handles so I could access and replace the washers, etc. I reached out to several plumbing companies and explained the task. They refused to come out to repair it and would only do a complete replacement for several hundred dollars per spigot. Ryan discussed the task with me and came out the next day to make the repairs. He was even able to “MacGyver” the part I had to make it work since it was a discontinued part, saving me the cost of replacing the entire apparatus and having a hole cut out of my drywall in my kitchen. "Scheduled an estimate to replace a water heater. Because they weren't able to give me the specs of the water heater they would provide, just a flat rate on the heater and install it was difficult for me to compare with other quotes provided. I ultimately decided not to go with them because I got a bad feeling when they mentioned having worked in my city before but didn't seem interested in complying with city regulations requiring permits. Do I like needing permits for everything? No. But I'd rather do it how they require than face penalties later. When I expressed my reservations based on previous issues with the city, they agreed to the permit as long as I completed the process."
