"Premier 1 Properties completed a major remodel in a little over 4 mos. It was a big job that included removing walls, reducing a fireplace, installation of new windows, doors, removing a bump out window, installing semi custom cabinetry in a completely remodeled kitchen, installation of semi custom cabinets and all appliances. Demo and rebuilt a new larger walk in pantry, installed custom designed hollow tube stair rail, all new light fixtures and recessed lighting in all spaces including hallway. Complete remodel of master bath and hall bath update. Installed new tile in kitchen and bathroom, new fireplace and stone, new vinyl tile floors in bathrooms, refinished hardwood flooring on main floor and installed and stained new stir treads. Installed new freestanding tub and glass shower enclosure, new casement around windows and floor trim. Installed a sliding door and vinyl siding on back side of house. Considering how big the job was, this team did a great job in a pretty timely manner. Eric is extremely consciences of details and I very much appreciate it. The job wasn't without hiccups but that's to be expected. All in all it went very well and we're very happy with the cost we paid and the beautiful outcome we achieved. I'm sure we'll use Premiere 1 Properties again in the future. We would recommend them to others."

"Mike and his team are absolutely wonderful to work with. We moved into our new home in October of 2020 and our basement was completely unfinished at the time. We worked with Mike to create plans to add a bedroom, office, laundry room, family room, and an additional bathroom. During the project, we were so happy with Mike and his team that we asked if he would be able to help us with the upstairs as well. For the upstairs, MH contracting removed a wall that separated the kitchen and living room, removed carpet in the bedrooms, updated two bathrooms with new tile and vanities, along with installing new vinyl plank flooring throughout the upstairs. The wall was removed flawlessly and you would never know that there was a wall there. For the basement, they stabilized the stairs, installed completely new framing, fixed plumbing components that were not up to code from the previous owner, fully insulated and dry walled, painted, all new electrical and panel upgrades, added an egress window, and laid new vinyl plank flooring. The basement is now completely finished with proper permits and fully passed inspections. Mikeâ s communication was great throughout the entire project and all of his team members were very polite, clean, and helpful. He kept us up to date on any material delays throughout the pandemic and set proper expectations. There were material delays that were out of Mikeâ s control so the projects took about four and a half months to complete but they were a pleasure to work with the entire time. We would absolutely recommend Mike and his team to any of our friends and family for any work youâ re looking to have done to your home or business."

As overwhelming as having a basement, and kitchen remodeled could've been this company was always very patient, and professional. The work was never stalled. The men arrived, and worked diligently every day until all projects were completed. The attention to detail, and insight from the workers was astonishing. Working with this company made large, possibly stressful jobs much more tolerable. My kitchen was remodeled from floor to ceiling, and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. My unfinished basement was entirely enclosed to include a laundry, and mechanical room. "I contacted Remodeling Plus to give me an estimate for remodeling a basement, which entailed creating 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a creating walls for a general purpose area out of the basement space. I am extremely glad I choose Remodeling Plus for several reasons. Bill, the owner of Remodeling Plus, and his colleague, Mark, have a great attitude. After working with several different tradesmen, it is a pleasure to work with people who want the customer to be satisfied and good to great lengths to ensure their satisfaction. For example, after I had carpet installed, he was there the same evening to finish trimming the doors so they wouldn't drag on the carpet. Bill provided great guidance on the project. His initial estimate for the project was quite accurate. The project cost more by the end because I made changes to the scope of the project. Bill recommended several good contractors to perform the electrical, drywall, and HVAC work. He also recommended working directly with my local municipality for the permitting process for speed of response by the municipality and cost. He also made recommendations of how to lay out the space in the bathroom based on his experience and the constraints of the space. His many years of experience in carpentry and home remodeling shows in the quality work he performs. For example, we had sliding doors installed for the closet built for the bedroom. Bill took the time to trim the sliding doors to fit around the base molding so the door fits flush to the wall instead of leaving a gap between the wall and sliding door. He also trimmed the doors up for the short basement. His knowledge and experience helped as the project grew and changed. He was able to fill in the floor with concrete after the plumber broke up a 30 foot long, 2 foot wide trench for the new sewer line. He was able to install 2 new basement windows into slots that had weird angles and require building a new frame for it. He can perform plumbing and electrical work if building permit is not required. I have lived in the remodeled space for about 1 month. It is hard to imagine what the space looked like before. The space is comfortable, well laid-out, and very functional."
