(I originally thought the whole vent pipe flange would need to be replaced with potential damage to surrounding shingles.) My range was a single oven electric range with 5 elements on a smooth surface. I was first offered $299.99 to replace, After a week of attempting to speak with the person handling my claim the amount was raised to $349. There's nothing on the market similar to what I had for that price. The cheapest I could find was $599 on sale"
