"I called Cass in November 2021. The hot water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Richard, the service repairman, came out that day and replaced the heating element. This past week, almost 7 months to the day, no hot water again. Cass was very busy but Richard did make it out in 2 days. It was the heating element again. He replaced it again and mentioned our water was very 'hard'. There was no charge because it was under warranty. I am now planning to have Cass install a new tankless water heater. I would definitely recommend Cass for your plumbing needs. Richard was prompt, personable and qualified. Customer service is great!"

"When I called Mike this morning, it was after I had read the reviews on this site. My water heater died and I called Massey Plumbing and even though hew was booked, he made time for me. He showed me what was wrong with the old one, took it out and in a short time had a new one in place. He didn't even mind me hanging around watching and asking questions. No doubt in my mind that I will be calling him again when I need plumbing services. Don't waste your time on looking for other plumbers. I doubt you will find one who's as honest, dependable, professional and won't rob you blind! Thanks again Mike!"

"Because the part was under warranty, I didn't have to pay anything. He installed the water treatment system around 3 years ago and he's always been availabe to answer any questions and come out for servicing whenever I need. He's very knowledgeable about well water, which is what I'm currently on. I'd highly recommend his services.  "

"Very well! Ordered and installed the LED cans in less than 24 hours. Professional. Used drop cloth and cleaned up after the job was complete."

"Perfect solution to a bad situation. Discovered a leaking water heater on a 3-day Holiday Weekend; expecting the worst. HOWEVER, phone call to Cornerstone around noon on Saturday; immediately answered by a friendly voice; informed that someone would be out to fix the problem , today. Within two hours Todd S. was here to install new water heater. He was Personable, Professional and Courteous. Perfect ending to a bad situation."

"Had issue with septic system, toilet not flushing and water backing up into downstairs shower. Called TPB on Monday they scheduled appointment for the next day. The pleasant technicians, Bill and Leo, called and arrived promptly. Pumped the tank (last clean out was 1.5 years earlier); mostly water. Bill, knowledgable and professional explained that the drain field was probably failing. The handle on the tank lid broke off and there was a chunk of concrete missing on the lip of the tank which allowed for sand/dirt and surface water to enter the tank as well. Bill recommended and installed a riser lid, sealing the broken tank lip and allowing easier access to tank. Very efficient and fair price. New drain field will be needed soon."

"I had a water heater issue. First idea was to find a good plumber on Angie's list so I put in the request. I got matched with 3 options and Kelly's was one of them. When I got a call from Kelly and we discovered the distance he would have to travel we agreed this was too far. Instead of just hanging up Kelly proceeded to talk me through how my water heater works, what things can / should I check on my own and precautions to take. Armed with this knowledge I successfully checked and am in the middle of confirming it is the top thermostat. The fix should be less the $20 bucks! The service and support over the phone from Kelly was top notch and was above and beyond in my opinion. I would highly recommend Kelly Plumbing for your plumbing needs. If the in house service is as good as the over the phone services you will not be disappointed! Thanks again for the help !!"
