No followup; can't coordinate with roofer to actually install A/C unit to my home (each says they will, but neither does), months after it was craned to the roof. Only half the house has A/C, and the single unit working cannot cool the whole thing below 76°. Horrible in 80+° heat. Need relief, and very much not getting it here. Very unprofessional and unethical."

"We awoke to a completely blocked/backed-up Kitchen Sink, with the water backing up on both sides of the sink. I called Hosack Plumbing Cooling & Heating (NOTE: It is the SAME BUSINESS as SC Hosack Plumbing & Excavating listed on Angie's), and they scheduled me for an afternoon appointment the same day. Steve actually arrived at the START of the 4-hour service window, which was REALLY nice so I didn't have to wait half the day. Steve quickly determined where the blockage was in the drain pipe, and he got it removed. It was the first-time in 35-years we had this problem with our kitchen sink, and Steve explained how over time the blockage accumulated until it finally closed off all drain flow. Steve then gave us some good maintenance information for us to do once a month to help future blockages from forming. It's well-worth the cost of a bottle of Dawn Dish Soap once a month to help make sure it doesn't happen, again, and avoid the cost for this type of service in the future. :) "
