"Although they did not get the job because of cost (the cost was high... not because of them but because the outlet and circuit didn't exist) they were both very professional, upfront, and courteous. They understood my dilemma. I will use Randy's again. They fit me in and I appreciate the quick service."

"Nick and Carl were early, hence the name: EarlyBird. They were professional yet friendly. They determined the issue and had to go to three stores to find the part. They returned and installed the contactor for the 'off peak' service. As for value, I gave 5 stars because Nick and Carl are probably not the ones who set the prices. It was $725 to install the contactor. I would hire them again but maybe get a heads up on the costs or obtain a couple more estimates. I paid the price because I wanted the work done right away."
