Good communication about scheduling and arrival time. Branden arrived with necessary supplies stocked on his truck, explained several options for both fixtures and the fees. (Put on shoe protectors inside the house without me asking.) Extremely polite, answered questions, went above and beyond in repairing the porch light fixture. When it turned out an interior switch did not need to be replaced as planned, that was removed from the bill. I am very pleased."
