"In one word, AWESOME! I hired S&W Kitchens to remodel both of my bathrooms and my laundry room in a condo that I had just purchased. I have done some other renovation projects in the past and I was concerned that they wait until all your materials are in stock before they start. But now I totally get that concept! There were delays with a few items and I wasn’t waiting around in a demolished house. Demo started once everything arrived! Savana, Dale, Kevin and the rest of the team did an amazing job. They were kind and courteous to me. And clean, neat and respectful of my home. If a problem came up, they fixed it immediately. They finished a week early and stayed on budget. When I’m ready to do my kitchen, they will be my first phone call. I would highly recommend S&W Kitchens for any remodeling project."

"Following 2018s Hurricane Michael, Florida Intracoastal Builders restored a bedroom, part of a lg. porch and replaced the roof including repairing trusses. The work was Excellent and finished with good timing. The inspector was impressed and I was very pleased. Following Jan. 2024s tornado, I contracted with them a 2nd time for more extensive work. The AMAZING team rebuilt the garage including trusses, Master Bdrm., 3 closets and 2 bathrooms and more. They replaced electricals, plumbing, flooring, A/C unit, HWH, well house extension and water softening equipment. Also, windows, updated hardiplank siding, multiple doors, insulation, the roof, gutters, painted (inside and outside) and provided extras I requested.....ALL WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY. The team worked consistently until complete. They kept the property, inside and outside, clean and free of nails and clutter. I am 100 % Satisfied. Each inspection passed with praise. "We had an unfortunate accident when a car drove into my garage door, through the garage wall and then into the laundry room wall which did significant damage to my home. After the accident we started contacting contractors in the area and we got all kinds of different responses such as , they won't even consider to giving an estimate if insurance companies are involved and if I ask for an estimate I need to sign a guarantee that I will go with the company for the project or they are entitle to charge me a fee just for the estimate. Once I talked to AAA Services Jim put me an ease that they could handle the work and provide an estimate with no strings. The estimate they provided came very close to the estimate from the insurance company so we decided to go with them. The work took about a month and they explained day by day who was coming out, what work was being done and how long it would take which was very much appreciated. After the work was completed the garage, laundry room and Den counter top has never looked better. Thanks to Jim, Allie, Joe and everyone at AAA Services and their sub contractors for getting our home back in working order with minimal disruptions. Scope of work. - Replaced the garage door. - Removed all the debris from the accident. - Rebuilt the wall frames, added new dry wall, textured and painted. - Rebuilt cabinets. - Replaced crack granite counter top. - Replaced the flooring."

"Job was supposed to be six to 8 weeks took 6 months. Once the job was finally completed, we realized that the cabinets were built by another company. Put together by Ambry. Parts didn't fit, the counter top didn't fit. If it wasn't that my husband had the tools to fix the problems, They would have made many trips back to the factory. I was really sorry because I liked Philip and Mia. All in all in looks like a nice room, but I would not hire Ambry again. I have used another company before and would go back to them again, much more professional."

"All Around Handyman did a great job reinstalling my bathroom sink which had become detached from the vanity. The sink was mounted on the underside of the vanity. All Around Handyman was great with communication, showed up when they said they would, and the technician was courteous and professional. We felt the price was fair and were relieved that they could respond so quickly, as we needed the work done before receiving out of town guests for Thanksgiving. We have already scheduled another job with them. We highly recommend All Around Handyman Home Services."

"The work that was done on the house was completed in a timely manner with above average quality work. Now that the work is completed I have water pipes that are up to code, an electrical box installed that's up to code along with new gfci breakers, and a backup generator system that will run the whole house if the power goes out. I have complete trust that any job I hire Blue Bay Construction Group for will be completed at a fair price and above quality workmanship. Raul is always available to answer any questions that I had throughout the project. After project completion the whole site was picked up and all the refuse hauled away. You never would have known there were Construction crews on the premises when they were done."
