"Rick came out and evaluated our 1500 sq ft of wet wood oak flooring 2 months after Hurricane Milton. Gave fair bid and after other major work to the house, we finally were ready for the floor sand/refinish job. Two months had elapsed since his site survey and bid and the floors had cupped more. It took he and Ronny extra work and sanding to do the job right. They did, and it looks like new flooring installed. He honored his bid (which was more competitive than other bids) and we are pleased. Perhaps looks better than it ever did. I would highly recommend Rick Landry Flooring for your job, as he's a man of his word and cuts no corners in making sure the job is done right."
