"DUE TO THE COMPANY'S NETWORKING WITH OTHER INDIVIDUALS, WE WERE ABLE TO SAVE 2,000.00 ON THE PROJECT AS THE OLD SUNROOM WAS REMOVED BY ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL. "After losing a large tree in the backyard, we decided that we wanted a pergola over part of our paver patio for shade. We contacted several companies and finally selected Outdoor Living. After much consideration, we decided to go with vinyl over cedar or treated due to the much lower maintenance. The sales process was straightforward, with no pressure. The salesperson, Dave, was knowledgeable and responsive, in spite of some family health issues, and was good to work with. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />We put 1/3 down to get on the schedule. It was somewhat open-ended on the date, but construction started within about 6 weeks, which was not an issue. It took part of a day to dig the footings, then waited for inspection the following day. Took two more days to do the installation. The crews were professional and easy to have around. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />We are very happy with our pergola and the entire experience working with Outdoor Living. We were a bit antsy waiting to get the installation scheduled, but the process was just as described prior to signing the contract. We are happy to recommend OLI for consideration to anyone in the area considering a similar project. <br />"

"I really checked them out. They are an amazing company. Just the other day we signed the contract, stuff was ordered and the sales person came back and introduced me to the project manager. They pull all the permits. They had an ad in the newspaper for like 50% off materials or something. They are audited by the Better Business Bureau and they are not just making up a price and giving you 50% off like some companies do. When they say they are giving you a discount it is off the price that they would have charged just a month before. They bring in what the windows are going to look like and stuff like that on the enclosed thing. It's really impressed me so far. The price I would say is very reasonable. We even decided to make a room larger because we were so impressed with the company and their pricing."

"A Penny Window employee came to the house promptly after I called to measure my windows.  He told me it would be 4-6 Weeks for the windows to come in.  He didn't tell me it would be another two months after that before they could get to my installation.  However, they did call me when they had a cancellation, so it ended up being about 5 weeks instead of two months.  The installers did a good job and I was pleaseed with the installation.  After the first day, I found a nail on the deck steps that was pointed upward.  I asked them if there was any more in the yard, and they told me no, that they had picked them all up.  After they left the second day, I found approximately 70 rusty nails in the yard from siding they had to remove and reinstall.  If anyone, including my family or my dogs had stepped on them, they would have punctured their foot with a rusty nail.  I called and talked to the person answering the phone at Penny Window.  She took the information and said she would give it to management.  I never heard back.  An apology would have been nice!  So even though they did a good job with the windows, the cleanup was terrible. <br />"
