"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"We had a water leak and were concerned that it was coming through our older roof. We had Eric at Sunrise come out and assess the problem. He repaired a small leak and conducted a thorough inspection of our roof. It had considerable hail damage from past storms. He worked with our insurance company and we only paid the deductible. His crew did a great job, cleaned up very well after themselves, and finished in a day. He even made suggestions about the color we should use and brought samples. We recently had a small leak near a skylight and called to let Sunrise know. They sent out someone the next day to take care of the problem. The roof is beautiful!!!
