"When I removed the chandelier from the location it had been installed, it shocked me, it was also put together with bad wiring and was not properly secured together. There were many visible support wires that were not the same finish as the chandelier. They re-finished the light fixtures and properly re-secured the attachments. When ever I called they were able to tell be the status, and when I went out of town when they were going to be finishing they were very forgiving that I would not be available to either pick up or for them to install for 2 weeks. The total for the refurbish came to 500 and then they charged 150 to install it. <br />"
