"From the first visit to the follow up, I am impressed with Cardinal Gutters. Their repairs of gutters and downspouts and replacement of my gutter guards was definitely not painful like I was expecting. I feel confident my problems have been solved and the price was definitely fair. Michael, their rep, was not pushy and answered all my questions.
