Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. "Our project turned out fantastically. We made numerous upgrades to the whole house to bring it from 1978 to current times. The quality of the work done was very good by all of the subcontractors and RD himself did many of the projects. His communication was pretty good throughout the process, but some work took a bit longer and the monetary side of the change orders weren't always clearly communicated or I would have given 5 stars."

"They were supposed to give a quote for the sunroom and there was a delay in getting the block windows. They did five block windows and two regular windows. Their getting back to me was not timely. I will use them next year, I just don't like the fact that they didn't get back to e about the sunroom, I don't know if they're stretched."
