"The crew that came out was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They only tore off a portion of the roof that could be replaced that day so we didn't have to worry about tarps. It took a few days but they were very careful and considerate of the house and landscaping. We had some issues with the roof looking like it was buckling in places and the owner was quick to come out and check it out. He said the shingles needed to settle in and heat up good before they will lay completely flat, I was skeptical about that answer but he said if they don't lay flat then they will tear it off and do it again. Sure enough, they did lay flat by the end of summer and everything looks fine now.

Two reasons for not giving them a score of 5:the communication could be a little better and the project took way longer than expected. In their defense Covid hit when our project was supposed to start. We had a second story addition over our garage, a new entryway addition with steps and a covered back porch added."
