Poor records on their part. I've never had a car small enough to go in this garage so the opener has rarely ever been used and I'm supposed to just get a new one? I do not work for this company but today sure feels like it. NO confidence in going forward if they can't even keep sales records. My next step is a Consumer Complaint to the Missouri Attorney General's office."
