"Great, professional people (Luke and Michael). Everyone I spoke with was very polite and easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable on every aspect of our Mitsubishi Mini Split A/C installation for our home. They are the top notch HVAC company in Central Florida! Looking forward to doing business with Matthew Roberts Inc. in the near future!! :-)"

"I recently moved into a rental that was not taken care of by previous tenants. I had sinus issues the moment I moved in which lead me to find a hvac company to come clean the ducts. I was able to schedule a service within 2 days of the request. Ken was an exceptional tech who serviced this home. His attention to detail has now made my home more enjoyable to live in and my sinuses are no longer an issue. The sanitizer he sprayed in the venting system is what sold me on this company. Very pleased with this company and Kens service. I hope I save someone the pain of searching, like I did. Look no further, I would highly recommend using them."

"5+ STAR SERVICE!!! Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! The unit was installed in under 4 hours and my house began cooling instantly. WHAT a difference this unit makes and we are super impressed with how quite it is. We are THRILLED! THANK YOU SERVICE STAR!"

""I had a great experience with this air conditioning company. They responded quickly and were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They diagnosed the issue promptly and completed the repair efficiently. The service was courteous, honest, and reasonably priced. My AC is working perfectly now. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and quality HVAC service. Thank you for the outstanding job!"

"From setting apt, to the tech, Rudy assessing and providing quote and the installation crew= perfection. The fit and finish was superb- even the PBG inspector stated the same. Had 4 company offer quotes- they never oversold- just provided the best system. Highly recommend"

"It went very great and they were reachable. He did it all the installations at the same day, very honest and personable. They gave a very good price. I trust his knowledge and work ethic very impeccable."

"Install team, Jean, Jacob, Omoy and Ben⠦⠦.very professional and efficient. Removed old and replaced 2 units with new in a timely manner. Addressed any of my concerns/issues during the install. ð"

"We didn't hire Advanced because we had no money in our budget for the complete AC replacement and found a pro with 5 year 0% financing. Had it not been for that, no question that we would have hired Advanced based on the professionalism in our interaction with Derick."
