"Just recently had a 48in x 48in egress window installed in our basement. The 2 gentlemen, Caleb & Graham were nothing short of awesome. I'm a retired carpenter and I can say their craftsmanship was second to none. Clean, precise. I was enjoying the perfect gape in our foundation and the framework even before they installed the window, because it was being done properly. Heck, even the hole they dug for the well was precise. Both Caleb & Graham were very friendly, communicative and courteous. Would use again and highly recommend."

"We used them in spring right before summer began. We have a 1904 house and it had funky 1904 storm window-type basement windows. They took all those out. They had to reframe in some places. We also had the basement block windows put in with the vents. At times they had to take away a beam in the middle because it was the wrong size. They did an excellent job and they did it very quickly. They also cleaned up after themselves. They were fabulous."

"We initially contacted Egress Window Guy Inc to install our windows and the owner was very upfront and said he no longer does poured concrete basements and recommend John who he has worked with in the past. <br /> We contacted John mid summer for an estimate and were very happy with his bid. His bid was extremely fair compared to the other bids we got. <br /> I don't think any of windows were a standard easy installation...we asked for a bigger well than normal, wanted stone wells, and one of the windows didn't have an exisiting window so it needed a header and it was under an overhang of the house. John provided us with great recommendations such as extending the well of the window with the overhang to allow more light, etc. We are very happy with the results and the whole process and would strongly recommend John to anyone. <br />"

"It went well. I was very impressed with how the windows did during the polar vortex! They did make a difference and they look very nice. I replaced 4 windows and they did inserts to save on having to redo some siding on the outside of the house and then I also did not have to work on restaining the surround wood. I would however I think preferred some new wood as when they put in one of the windows they really scraped up the wood a lot. The screens for the windows are not my favorite and even those working for the company say the same. Apparently the supplier changed the screens. They are just flimsy but otherwise I think they will be fine. Really nice I can open my window from either side if I want. Let's say you want your window open at night but not directly one you, you can open the other side to get some area. When I compared with other estimates for the MUCH lower price of these windows I'm extremely happy! I paid a little extra to have the white part of the window done in a wood grain and that looks really nice in the bedrooms. I have some more older windows to replace and I do feel I would hire this company again."

"Scott was prompt with his estimate and worked around our schedule to install. The window we had replaced was very close to our property line and our neighbors driveway. Scott and team were able to use the driveway for their machines and simply rolled back our fence for access. They removed one bush while they were digging and replaced it just as they found it. Other bids we received said we'd need to rip out trees in our front yard or put the egress on the front of the house - which we weren't willing to do. We opted for the additional wood finishing ($275) and are pleased with the look of the window. They cleaned up nicely after themselves and we are happy with the work. The only downside to the process is the window took 5 weeks to stock so we had to wait for the installation. We did have the option of purchasing a window ourselves to shorten the wait, but we chose not to."
