"<p>I found David and his company on Craigslist. Didn't know anyone in the area as we had just moved here. He came promptly on time to give me an estimate. He was the only one that wasn't a no-show that I called. We agreed on a price and he started immediately the next week. We are not new at remodeling so I went in with less than great expectations.</p> <p>Boy was I wrong. David and his crew are so good at what they do. Not only that, they are so clean cut a personable. They did everything I asked and then some. He even fixed old patch jobs on my walls from previous owners at no extra charge. This is a messy job, I'm not gonna lie. But I knew that going in as I had done it myself once before and swore I would never do it again.</p> <p>We really should have done it before moving in but there was no time. They did their best to keep the mess to a minimum. They covered and taped off all the walls and covered all my furniture. After they scraped all the nasty dirty popcorn off, they applied a nice soft orange peel texture and then painted. The paint was supplied by me. By the time they were finished I felt like they were my own kids. LOL. They are not kids BTW. Their price and workmanship is exceptional and I highly recommend. My house with all that dated popcorn gone now looks 20 years newer, smells better and now I can paint it again in the future without all the nasty popcorn falling down.</p> <br />"

"<br />I had a porclien tub and the 3 tiled walls that surround my tub that had seen better days. Received a few estimates from tub liner companies and refinishing companies. I was amazed how expensive tub liners are.My estimate was $5000!! Not to mention I really didnt want to enclose my porclien tub in plastic .What if water made its way under the liner??That could cause a huge amount of damage.)Also I personally thought that the tub liners looked cheap and for the price of the liner I could have torn out my complete bathtub and started over.I just wanted my tub to be pretty . <br /> <br /> I called Robs Refinishing because of the length of time they have been in business as well as their bbb rating.Actaually spoke to the owner Rob...He was really helpful explaining the process to me and the quote he gave on the phone $595 was in my opinion was a fair price considering the other bids I received from other tub contractors. <br />A couple days later Tim,the technician ,who has been with them for 17 years arrived ,wait for it............ on time!He was couteous and got right down to business.After a few hours my tub and tile looked brand new again!! I was pleased to see how wonderful it turned out.. <br /> Then Tim cleaned up and it was as good as new. <br /> <br />When time to pay ,the quote I received is exactly what I was quoted on the phone.I was given my warranty (5years) and he was on his way.. <br /> <br />There is a odor that's comes with the refinishing.They do use a big fan thing to suck the smell out of the house , but really considering I saved $ 4405 I just opened a few windows and all the while thought about the bubble bath I would take the next day And just how fabulous my tub and tile looked. <br /> <br />I would absolutley refer anyone to Robs Refinishing. I could not be more pleased with the end results <br />"

"I hired Lee Day and team to paint the interior of my 1900 sq ft. 10 year old house and all 21 doors in the house and the walls of the garage. This is a house I am preparing to sell and wanted to get this job started quickly. Lee was able to schedule the job within a week of my request although the rain may have helped since his crew could not work on exterior jobs with the rain. Never the less, they got the job done quickly and my realtor has informed me it looks beautiful. Lee was great to work with giving me a fair estimate and was always quick to respond with a text when I had questions. They also tore out and disposed of the carpeting as I am having it replaced and replaced a closet door. I recommend using Day's Home Improvement. Photos are prior to carpet installation"
