"Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

These guys were up on the roof with a giant tarp strapping it down makin it water tight and I never had a single leak. It’s a pity that it’s a flat roof because it’s truly a work of art and no one else can see it. I was so impressed with the quality of work and communication that I called him to replace my roof 8 years later after a big hail storm. Once again he did excellent work. I called them to put gutters on my big garage. Again they did a great job at a very fair price. A year later I had Andy put gutters on my house, while he was making sure they were doing a good job he notice I had a few missing shingles from a storm. The roof was a few years old with many storms and had nothing to the workmanship of his crew. He fix the few shingles at no charge! He really stands behind all his work!! When I decided to put a metal roof on my workshop, I called Andy right away. He gave me a prompt estimate and once again they did a wonderful job.
