A limb hit my carport and gutter back in April. I got several quotes, and Steve gave a very reasonable price on replacing. He was very courteous, and did a good job of clarifying what the job entailed. His crew did the job quickly. The carport trays looked great, but I was concerned in the way the gutter sloped. It was clearly visible to the eye that it was angled away from the downspout, not to it. The first big rain came when I could observe it, and water was leaking through all of the trays due to the gutter barely draining. Steve came out the next day to look at it. He pointed out the supporting beam for the carport was sloping towards the house instead of away, not allowing the gutter to do it's job. This was a pre-existing issue, but the previous gutter had been much smaller so the angle was not as obvious. However, the installing crew should have put a level to the new gutter when replacing, as it was obvious was sloping the wrong way with the new, much larger gutter. (The old gutter never drained well, but we had previously chalked it up to being too small.) Steve actually came out the following day with his crew to brace the carport and cut down the supporting pole to overall lower the beam and therefore gutter. He followed up by calling as well. The next rain the gutter drained fine, and the trays did not leak. I was impressed with how quickly he responded, and he refused to take any additional money, even though cutting the pole was not in the original scope of work. I would recommend him, but would also want him overseeing the crew if future work is done. Honest fellow.

"We had the best experience with Brady s Construction than anyone we have ever had doing work for us! They were there whenever weather permitted. The crew was always busy removing all that needed to be done to prepare for out new porch for family functions. All were very mannerly and answered any and all questions that I or my husband had. Even the crews that were contracted out were very good at their speciality. As soon as we are able we will definitely have them back for some more renovations/upkeep! "Mike is honest, courteous and fair. we had a good experience overall but he does need more experience with actual remodeling, i.e. electrical and plumbing. My hubby, who does have plumbing and wiring experience, was able to be home and assist and oversee the remodel. we needed labor help as my hubby and I are senior citizens. EZ bath, another company, did the actual bathtub/shower remodel portion for both bathrooms. Mike did the rest of the bathroom remodel; i.e,, paint, install new vanity, integrated sink/countertop in main bathroom, and pedestal sink in back bathroom, as well as all-in-one exhaust/heat/light units in both bathrooms and medicine cabinets/mirrors. we kept toilets and already replaced flooring prior to remodel. Due to my hubby assisting with the remodel and us shopping for most of the items for our remodel, we were able to get a significant savings over original estimate. overall, i would recommend Mike's business. at the time of our remodel, he had only one helper, who unfortunately injured himself at his home and was unable to help with the most of the remodel. i believe our project offered Mike valuable experience!"
